All references to the "website" within these terms and conditions mean http://www.canalboatholidays.info.

References to the "uploader" mean the person who is uploading a listing or image to the "website".

References to the "viewer" mean the person who is viewing the "website".

Uploading:

If uploading an image, the image must be in the .gif or .jpg format. Images over 300kb in size or not in the correct format will automatically be rejected, so please keep them below this.

The "uploader" shall only submit material which belongs to them and is not subject to infringement of any copyright or intellectual properties unless permission has been obtained.

Illegal images and text will be removed without notice and the "uploader" will be banned from using the "website".

The "uploader" must only submit material that is relevant to the category and county that they have chosen and must be canal related. If it is considered to be in breach of the aforementioned, the "website" designer may amend or remove the listing.

The "uploader" should only submit to categories and counties that are a true representation of where they operate from and what type of category they are promoting.

The "uploader" has to agree with these terms and conditions in order to upload a listing to the "website".

Only one website domain is permitted per category/county/canal.

Length of submission.

Free 12 week listings will remain on the site for a period of 12 weeks, after which they will cease being displayed. The "uploader" will be informed via email when this period is about to expire. The "uploader" can re-list the listing once it has expired for a further 12 weeks or upgrade to another length of submission type.

The unlimited reciprocating listing means the listing will stay on the system with no expiry date provided the "uploader" reciprocates by putting a link to the "website" on their own website within 7 days of the listing being uploaded. If a reciprocal link is not forthcoming within the 7 days, the listing will be downgraded automatically to the Free 12 week listing.

The feature listings are for 26 weeks and 52 weeks respectively after which time they will cease being displayed. We will email you before expiry to notify you of our options for renewal.

The feature listing entitles you to upload an image and a tag line. In addition, your website and email addresses will be shown. The feature listing will be shown in the county/category that you have chosen.

You automatically receive a free listing which will be shown in the relevant county/category listing and the full a-z listing of your chosen category and will expire the same time as your feature listing.

Viewing the "website":

The "website" owner reserves the right to reject any listing if any of the terms and conditions are not adhered to.

The "website" is not responsible or liable for the content or nature of any material which opens via links on the "website" to external sources.
